Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the use of the Service in the past six (6) months.

                      Compliance with Indonesian Regulations

                      Sociolity operates under the laws and regulations of Indonesia. Users agree to comply with Indonesian laws, including but not limited to data protection, electronic transactions, and content regulations. Sociolity reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to users found in violation of these laws.

                          Dispute Resolution

                          Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

                          • Mediation and Arbitration Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) rules.
                          • No Class Actions Disputes must be handled individually. You and Sociolity agree that disputes may not be brought as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
                          • Enforceability If any provision in this section is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
